Disston No 7 1930 era 22" 10 point cross cut with blade 6 1/4" high at heel. Beech handle will clean up to be pretty nice with no major issues, just some minor scratches and dings.

This panel saw has regular teeth that just need jointed and filed. The blade will take some work to clean up as it's pretty dark. I'd start with a good scraping and then start with 120 grit sand paper and work up to 220. A worthy project that will yield a nice saw when done.
